Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Mokum Live mobile app handles information. The app does not require an account. Its event catalogue is bundled with the app; opening an event source link takes you to an external service that has its own privacy practices.
Information processed by the app
- App analytics and diagnostics: Depending on the release configuration, Firebase Analytics, PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, Sentry, and Expo Insights may receive app events, interaction or device information, and crash or performance diagnostics. PostHog session recording is disabled in the app configuration. These services may receive technical information such as an IP address when your device connects to them.
- Advertising: When production ads are enabled, Google Mobile Ads may process device or advertising identifiers, ad views and interactions, and related diagnostics to provide and measure ads. The app uses Google's consent flow where required, and iOS may request permission to track. Your choices affect advertising and tracking where applicable.
- Feedback you submit: If you use the feedback form, the message and any email address you enter are sent to our configured feedback and diagnostics services so we can respond and investigate the report.
- Purchases: Optional Premium purchases are made through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are managed in the app using RevenueCat. Payment details are handled by the relevant store; the app receives purchase and entitlement status.
- Notifications: If you grant notification permission, the app requests an Expo push token and records the permission status. The token is handled by Expo's push notification service.
- Favorites and iCloud: Favorites are stored on your device. If you use Premium on iOS, favorites may also sync through Apple iCloud.
Service providers and choices
The providers named above process information to supply analytics, diagnostics, advertising, purchases, or push notification services. Their processing is governed by their own privacy terms. You can control notification and tracking permissions in your device settings. You can choose whether to submit feedback, provide an email address, or purchase Premium.
Retention and requests
Information held by service providers is retained under their policies and the configured service settings. Favorites stored on your device can be removed in the app; iCloud data is subject to your Apple account and iCloud settings. Children and policy updates
Mokum Live is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy when the app or its services change. The current version is published on this page with its update date.
